The Dragonfly Protocol is a series of processes and methods that were the most successful and helpful in my healing journey from PTSD, depression, and physical illness.

It involves learned skills that harnesses the power of healing words, and processes that help in the restoration of love and peace in the heart, mind and spirit.

All parts of the Dragonfly Protocol are developed by individuals who earned a minimum of one doctorate degree, and are backed by data, common sense, and my personal experience. I also believe that they are in harmony with Judeo/Christian, Hindu, and Buddhist perspectives.

The Dragonfly Protocol includes: Discover Healing modalities which are called: Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code; Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT (tapping into energy meridians); Reiki; Guided imagery meditation. I also encourage the use of a few other simple-to-learn techniques that help bring the mind and spirit into harmony, peace and healing. I do not mean to imply that other methods should be dismissed. On the contrary. There are many other skills, knowledge and modalities that are also very helpful, such as foot zoning, acupuncture, meditation, yoga, Tai Chi and Healing Touch and others. The Dragonfly Protocol methods are the ones that I found gave me the most, and quickest relief for my suffering, and they were not hindered by my overly busy mind, pain levels, or my personal belief blockages. These are just my suggestions on where to start making good, healthy decisions, which lead me to my current level of peace and happiness.

I don’t claim to heal, cure, or diagnose any illness. I don’t do any healing, I teach it. I am sharing what worked for me. You are free to do your own journey. Every life is different, every story is different, and so every healing experience is going to be unique and customized just for you, and by you. The Dragonfly Protocol is just my toolbox of my most effective skills that can be learned by anyone, even children and all of the core 4 modalities can be learned for free online.

Even if you don’t have these issues but have someone in your life who does and you are trying to figure out how to help, the Dragonfly Protocol is also for you. It needs to be said very clearly, trying to force someone to believe like you do or to do what you tell them to do is not going to result in your loved one’s recovery. What you can do is learn these methods, ask politely to show them what you learned and share, but never, and I do mean NEVER do energy work on someone who does not know or desire that you do. The Spirit rejects it. It violates their free will, and will harm your relationship, even if you mean well. That being said, working on yourself will change your vibration, which will be felt by your loved one and they will benefit from the work you do for yourself. You only have jurisdiction over you and your journey.
